You don't need to ask all these questions in 1 go. The questions cover several broad topics, so choose the ones that are the most relevant to the focus of your meetings.
Remember – you don't need to know which pupils receive additional SEND support to fulfil your monitoring role.
Questions about statutory duties
SEN information report Your school should update its SEN information report annually and must publish it on the school website (any changes during the school year should updated as soon as possible). This is set out in the SEND Code of Practice (section 6.79). Ask leaders: Is our SEN information report published on the school website? Does it contain all the
