Note: The DfE has announced that free school meals (FSM) eligibility will be extended to all households receiving Universal Credit from September 2026. However, pupil premium eligibility will not be extended. It will be based on the current FSM criteria: households receiving Universal Credit with a yearly income of less than £7,400.
