The DfE has published its final version of Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) for September 2025. It came into force on 1 September 2025

Assure yourselves that your child protection policy is up to date with the latest technical changes Be aware that the Department for Education (DfE) expects to publish new guidance on gender questioning children soon. If this happens, there may be further updates to KCSIE. We'll update this article with any changes and what they mean for
