The Education Inspection Framework Sets out the overarching principles that Ofsted inspectors apply to their inspections for all school types. It includes the standards that inspectors evaluate schools against. The State-funded Schools Inspection Toolkit Sets out the standard for each grade in each evaluation area that schools are inspected against.It includes an overview of each evaluation area and the specific criteria that inspectors will look for when evaluating a school’s provision.
