You aren't required to keep a training record
There's no statutory requirement for you to keep a record of completed governor training, according to a Department for Education (DfE) representative.
(see page 36) suggests that someone on the governing board should be responsible for overseeing governor training and development, and makes reference to this person tracking attendance at training and development courses.
