Use our checklist to be sure you're meeting the requirements for your school type

The exact information required is different for maintained schools and academies.

For all school types, it must be in a readily accessible form. This means:

  • Published directly on web pages
  • Without the need to download or open a separate document

This is set out in pages 11 and 12 of the constitution of governing bodies of maintained schools and sections 1.42 to 1.46 of the Academy Trust Handbook
