Your role

You should:

Work closely with your attendance leads

Attendance is something that most schools and trusts are working on right now, with attendance rates staying stubbornly low since the pandemic. Your role as a governor or trustee is to work with your attendance leads, holding them to account and providing support to improve outcomes for all pupils.

We recommend you meet with attendance leads at least once a term.
