This trustee pack is aimed at trustees in a multi-academy trust (MAT). Click on the 'governor' tab above for your own version of the template if you're a:

  • Maintained school governor
  • Local governor on a local governing body (LGB)
  • Trustee in a single academy trust

  • Follow the instructions on the cover page
  • Make any changes highlighted in yellow
  • Insert/adapt information as you need
  • Share with your trustees at the start of each year and with new trustees as part of induction
