What is it?

The teachers’ pay additional pay grant (TPAG) is extra funding to help schools cover the cost of the teachers' pay award.

It’s different from the teachers’ pay grant, which has been folded into the national funding formula (NFF).

Most schools receive the funding through their LA, but academies are paid directly.
