Pay ranges for 2022/23

There's a 5% increase across all pay ranges, and also higher increases to some parts of the main pay range.

All pay lifts will be back dated to 1 September 2022.

There are currently no statutory pay points within pay ranges, but you can use the advisory points for the main (MPR) and upper (UPR) pay ranges in Annex 3 (page 63) to help you review your school's pay policy.
