Pay ranges for 2021/22

There are no changes to the main, upper and leading practitioner ranges from 2020.

The minimum pay for an unqualified teacher has increased, but maximum pay has stayed the same.

These ranges are set out on pages 20 to 23 of the 2021 School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document (STPCD).

There are currently no statutory pay points within pay ranges, but you can look at joint union advice, which sets out suggested pay points for 2021/22.
