Ofsted chief inspector Sir Michael Wilshaw has expressed concerns over the number of UK-trained teachers leaving to work in international schools abroad. He wants trainees to be bound to the state school system with "golden handcuffs", to prevent further “brain drain” of teacher talent from the UK.
