Use these performance data tools and sources
Tools
There are various tools that allow you to analyse different performance data, such as:
- Analyse School Performance (ASP) for headline measures
- The inspection data summary report (IDSR) for contextual information and performance data
- The Department for Education (DfE) school comparison tool to compare exam and test results with other schools
- Local models for analysis, such as local authority (LA) or academy models
- Purchased models linked to schemes of work

- National Foundation for Education Research (NFER) tests
- Phonics tests
- Practice tests and past papers
- End of Key Stage SATs
- The multiplication tables check (MTC) at the end of Year 4
- Termly or end-of-unit internal summative data
