Download and use our template register

The register can never be blank. Your trust must fill in a register, even if it does not have people with significant control (PSC).

If your trust doesn't have any PSC, there is official wording that it must use on the register, which we've covered in the template.

What your trust needs to do

It must:

  • Identify the PSC in the company and confirm their information
  • Record the details of the PSC on your trust's own PSC register
  • Provide this information to Companies House
  • Update the information on its own PSC register and at Companies House when it changes
