Download and use our template register
The register can never be blank. Your trust must fill in a register, even if it does not have people with significant control (PSC).
If your trust doesn't have any PSC, there is official wording that it must use on the register, which we've covered in the template.
What your trust needs to do
- Identify the PSC in the company and confirm their information
- Record the details of the PSC on your trust's own PSC register
- Provide this information to Companies House
- Update the information on its own PSC register and at Companies House when it changes
This is laid out on page 1 of the PSC register summary guidance.
You can use these forms to notify Companies House of changes.
